Peanut butter smoothie

Recipe (serves 1)

Ingredients

1 frozen banana

1 Tbsp peanut butter

1 cup milk of choice

pinch of salt


Method

Add all ingredients into a high speed blender, and blitz until smooth and creamy. Drink immediately. Enjoy!
